Sales Policy

We have a professionals only policy. We sell only to registered tattoo or piercing studios with proof of registration.

Payment

All prices are ex VAT / Tax. All sales are prepayment with credit card or wire bank transfer. All credit card needs to be verified, if you have problems contact your bank to get it verified. If you order from within the EU and do not have a valid VAT number we have to add Swedish VAT 25% on the total. If you have any further questions just send us a e-mail and we will answer asap. Shipping & Handling

We ship Worldwide. The shipping cost will be calculated and added at checkout depending on the weight and the country you order from. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 1-7 working days depending on your location. If the ordered product is out of stock we will contact you for an alternative or a refund. Incoming products will be sent as soon as it is back in stock.

Customs

The costumer is responsible for custom fees, import taxes and licenses or other expenses related to international shipments and laws.

Returns Policy

We charge a 10% return fee on machines and power supplies and 30% on needles. Customer also pays for the all the return costs incuding shipping and customs fees if any. To return products please contact us info@inkmachines.com We will refuse any return that does not conform to the rules of our return policy as follows:
• All returns MUST be marked RETURN.
• We will only accept returns of UNUSED products.
• Machines will not be accepted for return if the box has been opened.
• Time limit for return shipment is 5 days from date of delivery.
• Products must be returned as originally packed, with all original packing included.
• Include a copy of the original invoice.
• Include a letter or note explaining the reason for the return.
• Include your current telephone number and e-mail address.
• Customer pays for return shipping plus a 10% return fee
